KGS moved from RSCI to the KGS Code of Compliance in 2014. We continued to use a 3rd party to conduct the audits in factories; but monitored by our Compliance Team in Asia. We are members of BSCI, Sedex. At the same time our factories also have other 3rd party certifications as in ICS, BSCI, Sedex , and WRAP.

Continuous monitoring of Working Hours, Wages and Benefits at our suppliers’ factories. The overall objective is not to penalise factories, but to encourage transparency while establishing plans for improvement
